Christ in me the Hope of Glory. Pain cannot separate us from the Love of God.

Pain cannot stop us from loving. Jesus is with us in our pain. He is.

I have tried fighting pain, and it’s no good. The saints learned to rejoice in their sufferings. And I’m no saint, but they prove it’s possible.

So, I will thank God for this pain, as if it were his gift to me; a strange gift that I don’t yet understand. He will teach me how to live in it. He can make it into something good and beautiful. He who makes all things new can redeem my little pains.

Yes, I want to know Christ “and the power of his resurrection and the sharing of his sufferings by being conformed to his death.” (Philippians 13:10)
